Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for mechanical design of non-standard automation equipment;
2. Provide corresponding technology and solutions according to customer needs;
3. Carry out cost evaluation according to customer demand and design scheme;
4. Make BOM, assist purchasing department to purchase standard parts and machining parts;
5. Strictly implement the schedule and quality requirements of the project;
6. Implement the design in strict accordance with the development process, and preside over the corresponding technical review;
7. Be responsible for the preparation, modification, sorting, updating and filing of the project output data;
8. Assist the production and assembly department in equipment assembly, commissioning, installation and after-sales service;

Job requirements
1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design / industrial automation / Mechatronics;
2. More than 5 years of design experience in medical, electronic, automotive and new energy related assembly, testing and testing of non-standard automation equipment;
3. Be able to design complex single machine, assembly line and complete set of automation system independently;
4. Proficient in solid works, Auto CAD and other CAD software
5. Proficient in Microsoft office, able to use PPT to clearly show the scheme design;
6. Familiar with mechanical principle and finite element analysis of structure, familiar with machining process and common engineering material characteristics;
7. Rich experience in drive and actuator design and standard parts selection;
8. Rich experience in the use and selection of pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, sensor and other common standard parts;
9. Be familiar with precision automation equipment, industrial robots and the comprehensive application of machine vision;
10. Work conscientiously and have a strong sense of responsibility and quality;
11. Rigorous and meticulous, strong learning ability and research spirit;
12. Excellent team work and organization ability, down-to-earth and self-improvement, strong pressure resistance ability;
13. Good command of English, good at listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to read English technical materials quickly
